WORKING WITH BEASY
When you start working for one of our clients you will always receive an agreement from us that must be signed. In addition, you will receive from us the work address, your hourly wage and all the information you need to perform your work properly. When you use our accommodation, you will also receive all information about this. It is important to know that as a flex worker you always have to take care of transport to the Netherlands.
What do we need from you?
Bank account number
To ensure that you receive your wages on time, it is important that you provide us with a correct and complete bank account number. This means: name of bank account number, SWIFT / IBAN number and bank name and address. Please note: it is forbidden in our industry to make cash payments. Your salary will therefore always be transferred to euros.
BSN
To be able to work in the Netherlands you need a citizen service number. This is mandatory. Don't have a citizen service number? Then you can make an appointment with the municipality and you also have to collect this personally. Click here to make an appointment with the Municipality of Venlo.
Health insurance
When you start working in the Netherlands, you need a Dutch health insurance policy. Don't you have this? We can also offer you a basic insurance policy. The costs for this amount to € 38.01 per week in 2025. Do you have your own health insurance? Then you must submit an insurance certificate or a copy of your health insurance card to us. Valid ID To be able to work and to make everything in order you need a valid proof of identity.
What can you expect from us?
Salary
After every week that you have worked, you will receive a salary from us. We pay the salaries on Wednesday. Please note: the average transaction duration in the Netherlands is one business day. The transaction time to an international account can take up to four days. So keep this in mind.
Work shoes
In connection with health and safety rules you are more often obliged to wear safety shoes on the work floor. If you already have them yourself, you can take it with you. You can also buy them from Beasy based on a certain deposit.
Guaranteed hours
Beasy cannot guarantee the number of working hours per week nor the duration of the assignment.
